Since 1998, I have had no need to write up a Terms of Service or Policy regarding design or services I provide. I’ve ALWAYS been blessed with repeat business and totally AWESOME clients… That is until very recently.
I must now enforce the terms and policies below so that what is expected on both parties is clear and understood.
Please review my policies before contacting me for any services - you must agree to them before work can commence on any project.
All projects under 75.00 must be PAID IN FULL before work begins.
Bigger projects (75.00 and up) requires at least HALF DOWN before work can begin.
No refunds will be given for completed work. If before final approval, we cannot agree on the finished product - half of the design fees will be refunded and I keep the designs. No refunds on service-related work(tech help, uploading, scripts), hosting or domain registrations - period.
If registering a domain and hosting through me, HALF the hosting is due (in addition to any design fees) and must be received BEFORE I register your domain. (Your hosting time does not begin until your site is complete and live).
All designs are exclusive - meaning that I will not resell a design I do for you to someone else. They are to be used for the character/domain they were designed for only (meaning you cannot use a NF listing design or website design for other NF accounts or domains other than the one in which it was designed for).
I reserve the right to add/use any design I create in my portfolio or as samples of my work - indefinitely. (This is pretty much a no-brainer but I HAD to include it).
I reserve the right to refuse service to new/existing clients that operate using questionable business practices, stolen content, or that cannot comply with 2257 requirements, or that are difficult or do not supply the items necessary to me in a timely manner for me to complete the work.
If you have any questions regarding my policies,
please feel free to contact me.
It really pains me that I must use a Terms of Service, but all it takes is one bad incident to mess things up for everyone else.
I appreciate everyone’s continued business and support. I look forward to working with many new clients in the future!
